Composition

Product based on high strength cement, screened aggregates and other additives. Characteristics and Applications

White finish

Interior and exterior use.

Waterproof coating.

Permeable to water vapor, allowing the substrate to breathe.

Excellent adhesion and high plasticity.

Render over roughcast or use in two coats.

Thicknesses of up to 1 cm without detachment.

Smooth or rough finish.

 

Conventional cement substrates and brickwork.

Substrates must be strong, stable, clean, and free of dust, formwork residue, organic products, etc.

In hot and windy conditions, or in the case of highly absorbent substrates, moisten the substrate and then wait until the water film disappears.

On low-porosity substrates, apply a primer (RITAFIX) or improve the substrate's roughness mechanically.

Do not apply to plaster or paint.

      MECHANICAL APPLICATION

       

      Determine the optimal water/MORTAR ratio based on the chosen machine (thickness and handle length) and the external weather conditions. Start with 20% and gradually adjust the dosage until a suitable consistency is achieved.

      It is important to consider variables that can affect the mortar's characteristics (distance from the wall, angle of application, and amount of water).

      MANUAL APPLICATION

       

      Add water and mix manually or mechanically until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved.

      Spread the mixed product onto the substrate using a trowel.

      Wait for the required time and firm down.

      Precautions and Recommendations

      Do not use below 5ºC or above 30ºC.

      Do not use in areas where there is a risk of frost, rain, strong winds, or direct sunlight.

      For thicknesses greater than 1 cm, it is recommended to apply the product in two coats.

      In extreme weather conditions (strong winds or high temperatures), it is necessary to lightly moisten the product the following day.

      Presentation

      25 kg laminated paper bags.

      Storage for up to 1 year in the original packaging, protected from weather and humidity.
